At the Healthy Forests Foundation, we’re committed to using robust, science-based frameworks to track the condition of the landscapes we help restore. One of these is the Accounting for Nature® framework—a leading methodology for measuring environmental conditions in a clear, consistent and credible way.
We’ve applied this approach in our inaugural project in the Deddick Valley, Victoria, to benchmark landscape health and monitor change over time. As our work grows, we’ll continue to use Accounting for Nature® where appropriate across other projects to support transparency and integrity in our reporting.
For organisations seeking meaningful ways to engage with nature-positive initiatives, this framework provides a trusted basis for understanding and communicating environmental outcomes.
